Elizabeth's House at My Village

Our Mission
Our Mission

We exist to come alongside families in crisis and provide community support to help them get to the other side. We do this by placing children with host families for a short period of time, providing coaching and training for parents, and welcoming those who are isolated into a Christ-centered community.

By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.
Proverbs 24:3-4

What is Elizabeth's House?

Elizabeth's House has become a chapter of My Village Ministries. We will seek to provide family preservation through biblical hospitality. We will not only care for pregnant mothers but mothers with children as well. We will do this by providing family support and stabilization, preventing childhood abuse and neglect, preventing unnecessary foster care placements, preventing, reducing, and repairing childhood trauma, and providing holistic care.

Join us when you can at Prayer Service each Wednesday night from 6:30-7:30pm. We meet in the back right corner during the time of prayer.

Volunteer with one of our BRIDGE MINISTRY PARTNERS who are currently serving women and children in our community. Opportunities for mentoring, administrative help, teaching, transportation, and childcare are just a few of the ways you can "BE" Elizabeth's House in our community now and be better prepared when the doors of Elizabeth's House open.

Instead, we were like young children among you. Just as a nursing mother cares for her children, so we cared for you. Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well
